Local roots. A shared mission.
Founded in May 2015 by Craig and Kristin Bourque, Carolina Testing began in Conway, South Carolina, serving employers and individuals with drug, alcohol, and DNA testing. The company expanded into occupational health and DOT compliance services as client needs grew.

The flagship clinic opens in Conway, South Carolina.
2021 · Georgetown
A second clinic opens in Georgetown, South Carolina.
2025 · Florence
The company acquires a clinic in Florence, South Carolina.
