Do I need an appointment?

What should I bring?
Bring the identification, employer authorization, test order, and any forms requested when you schedule. Tell us if the test is for DOT, employment, court, or another specific purpose so we can confirm the requirements.

What drug and alcohol testing options are available?

Is oral fluid testing available?

Can any drug test satisfy a DOT requirement?
No. DOT testing follows specific federal procedures and applicable agency rules. Tell us that the collection is DOT-regulated before scheduling; do not substitute a non-DOT test. See DOT compliance services.
How much does testing cost?
Pricing depends on the service, panel, specimen, and collection arrangements. Contact our team for the current price before scheduling. Mobile and after-hours services may include additional fees.
When will I receive results?
Reporting time varies by test, laboratory processing, and any confirmation or review required. Ask for the expected timeframe when scheduling. Results are released through the process authorized for your testing program.
Can you collect specimens at our workplace?

How do I request after-hours testing?

Do you provide workplace physicals and health screenings?
Carolina Testing offers occupational health services including employment examinations, DOT/CDL physicals, and selected workplace screenings. Confirm the examination, employer paperwork, and available appointments with our team. Explore occupational health.
What is the difference between personal and legal DNA testing?
Legal testing requires documented identity verification and chain of custody. Tell us the intended use before collection and confirm the requesting court or agency’s requirements. Acceptance depends on that organization. Explore DNA testing.
Can you help employers manage testing programs?
