Coordinate the collection promptly
Post-accident collections
Contact our team promptly with the incident time, location, testing program, and employer contact so collection arrangements can be discussed.
Reasonable suspicion testing
Provide the employer’s testing authorization and requested tests. Coordinate with the responsible employer representative.
Clinic or mobile collection
Testing may be arranged at a clinic or an agreed on-site location, subject to collector availability and suitable collection conditions.

Information to have ready
Have the incident or request time, exact location, donor count, DOT or non-DOT status, requested tests, and an employer contact ready. Confirm arrangements directly with staff before traveling or sending a donor. Collection timing requirements depend on the event and applicable program.
