BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE
Scheduling, coverage & fees
Non-emergency on-site services require at least 24 hours’ advance scheduling. The existing service area covers a 100-mile radius from the Conway and Georgetown offices; contact our team to confirm your location and availability. Additional fees may apply based on the services, travel, and timing.
When requesting a visit, provide the address, number of people, testing reason, DOT or non-DOT status, requested timeframe, and on-site contact. Staff will confirm the collection setup and arrangements.
